Two companies are teaming up for your video conferencing needs. InterCall and Blue Jeans Network are partnering on a service that uses the cloud to deliver the goods.
Under the partnership, InterCall will be able to offer the Blue Jeans service to customers around the globe. This is in addition to InterCall’s other audio and web conferencing services.
Users of the service can connect to meetings using popular products and services such as Cisco, Google, Microsoft Lync, Polycom, and Skype. The service is cloud-based and easy to use, just like InterCall’s Reservationless-Plus audio conferencing platform.
“This new service eliminates the challenges that often make video conferencing difficult,” said Robert Bellmar, InterCall’s senior VP of conferencing and collaboration. “By allowing users to join a meeting from various devices and platforms, video conferencing is now a more viable meeting choice than ever before.”
The Blue Jeans conferencing service is known for being cost-effective and scalable, connecting users within the enterprise and beyond.
This latest partnership will add to the InterCall portfolio, which includes collaborations with companies such as Adobe, Cisco, IBM, Microsoft, Polycom and Tandberg.
