InfoComm 2013 didn't disappoint. To Fred Ampel a few products stood out because of either the uniqueness, the introduction of very advanced new technologies or the migration of previously very expensive new technologies into more reasonably priced categories. A 20,000-lumen, Titan Quad 2000 Series from Digital Projection, a snake-like distributed sound application from K-array, Renkus Heinz's new CDT 3 produced sound that was astonishingly lifelike and clean, Martin Audio’s new MLA Mini and QSC Audio Products' CXD Series Processing Amplifiers were among the standouts.

A Surprising Buzz at InfoComm 2013
